- £250 for 2 hours, which includes room hire, hosts, flower decorations on the tables and either a memory book or memory jar to choose from. Complimentary prosecco/no-secco arrival drinks.

£5 per person for barista drinks and cake
£10 per person for hot and cold buffet*
£10 per person for afternoon tea**. - We don’t currently serve alcohol at The Barn however you are welcome to bring along some drinks, for a small corkage fee.
- Angela (one half of The Barn) is a qualified florist with many years experience in funeral flowers, if you would like a personalised quote for flowers please do get in touch.
* Hot and cold buffets include - artisan breads, crackers, cured meats, cheeses, olives, etc. Vegetarian and vegan option available. We cater to all allergies and dietary requirements, please let us know when booking.
** Afternoon Tea includes - selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, quiche, scones with jam and clotted cream, a variety of delicious loaf cakes, amazing cupcakes from cupcake express. Celebrations of Life and Wakes at The Barn
We know this must be a very difficult time for you and your family and we will ensure that all of the arrangements are made with great respect and ease. We offer an intimate setting for your friends and family to meet and celebrate the life of your loved one. We understand how important this event is to you and we are here every step of the way to ensure it is absolutely perfect.
Tucked away in the tranquil countryside of Shedfield, Hampshire, we have a beautiful indoor space and a lovely outdoor area with additional seating which can be used. The wonderful floor to ceiling window overlooks The Meon Valley golf course. The indoor décor with its twinkly lights creates a magical ambiance, and with your choice of background music it will ensure the perfect venue for your guests to share treasured memories of your loved one. There is parking, accessible access to the venue, including an accessible toilet with baby changing facilities, to cater for the needs of all your guests, and the venue can comfortably hold up to 40 people.
