Mindful Mother Retreat

We are so excited to be hosting a Mindful Mother Retreat at The Barn in January – New Year Nourishment.

The event which is being run by Antonia from Mindfully Making It will include guided meditation, flower crown workshop, sound bath, qigong movement meditation, mindful walk, delicious food and drinks throughout.
